The spars were delivered to the Shipyard where they were inspected by Captain Tiffany Krihwan, Shipwright David Short, Project Manager Dennis Gunderson and Tom Ward, the rigging contractor. After a thorough inspection of their condition a decision will be made to use them or to take the hardware off and make new spars.

The Schooner Ernestina-Morrissey Association, Inc. (SEMA) is a 501c(3) not-for-profit corporation with the purpose of raising funds to provide for the maintenance, equipment, manning, programming and operation of the Schooner Ernestina-Morrissey as a sail training vessel, school ship, and educational enterprise.
