2:15pm     REPORT FROM DCR

Financials Update: How do FY 2016 Income and Expenses compare with                                      projections, and what are projections going forward? What is status of Ernestina                          Trust funds?  Is additional information needed?  How can SEC promote                                        fundraising for the restoration?

Restoration Update: Is restoration proceeding as planned?  Do we have effective                               procedures to identify and make changes, with appropriate and timely input?

2:30pm     REPORT FROM SEMA

Fundraising Update: What is current fundraising gap and the challenges?  What                               strategies will help meet the fundraising goal?  How can SEC help?
